• On site meeting with one of Darsan’s landscape designers

• Discuss needs and wants

• Assess scope of work

• Design fee quoted

Landscape Design Development:

• Receive deposit for landscape design

• Obtain site survey from home owner

• On site analysis / inventory of existing features

• Site photos and measurements

• Base plan and concepts

• Design team collaboration

• Review possible concepts with home owner

• Revise drawing if necessary

Landscape Design Presentation:

• Master plan printed to scale, coloured, hardscape features and plant materials labeled

• May include 3D rendering, inspirational images, and plant care package (depending on design package)

• Landscape construction quote

Landscape Construction:

• Landscape construction contract signed

• Retainer / deposit for construction work

• Schedule start dates
